1. Membership Fees

All membership fees for our plans (Monthly and Annual) are non-refundable. Once payment is made, you gain immediate access to our groups, forums, and exclusive content.

2. Digital Products

All purchases of digital products, including courses and eBooks, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds after a purchase has been completed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While we do not typically offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at info@soulexpress.in. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will not entitle you to a refund for any fees already paid. Your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period.
